What all comes in a Quarter Beef?

• 60 pounds of Ground Beef
  • You can get all 1lb packages of ground beef, 1/3lb premade patties, or a mix of both
• 6 Ribeye Steaks
  • Boneless or Bone-In
• Filet Mignon and New York Strips or T-Bones
  • Opting for boneless? You'll get 6 Filets and 6 New York Strips.  If you prefer the bone, then you will get 6 T-Bones
    
• 5 Center Cut Sirloin Steaks
  
• Roasts
  • 2 Rump Roasts
  • 4 Chuck Roasts
  • 1 Sirloin Tip Roast
• 1 Brisket
• 2 packages of Short Ribs
